AUCTION: Running Canteen at Punjab International Swimming Complex Nishter Park Sports Complex Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Sports Board Punjab invites sealed tenders (bids) through open competition for the auction of running canteen at Punjab International Swimming Complex, Nishter Park Sports Complex, Lahore. The contract covers a covered area of approximately 2514 Sqft at the specified premises. The estimated reserve price for the contract is Rs. 201,120 per month, and the contract duration shall be for 3 years, extendable. Items being auctioned: - Running Canteen at Punjab International Swimming Complex, Nishter Park Sports Complex, Lahore (Covered Area approx. 2514 Sqft) The procurement will be governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. The procedure is Single Stage Single Envelope as prescribed under Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidding documents can be downloaded online from the Sports Board Punjab website or PPRA website, or obtained from the office of Assistant Director (Admn), Sports Board Punjab. Eligibility requires bidders to be contractors, firms, or companies registered with FBR as active filers. Bid security of Rs. 241,344 (10% of the per annum estimate/reserve price) must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee of a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in the name of Director General Sports & Youth Affairs / Secretary Sports Board Punjab. Interested bidders shall submit the prescribed filled bidding documents by hand on or before 5th October 2026 (Monday) at 11:45 am. Financial proposals received by the stipulated date and time will be opened on the same day at 12:15 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must provide all required information and documents to fulfill mandatory conditions in the bidding documents; otherwise, bids will not be considered for evaluation.
