Auction for Running Canteen at International Level Tennis Stadium Lahore

The Sports Board Punjab invites sealed bids for the auction of running a canteen at the International Level Tennis Stadium, Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Lahore. This procurement is managed by the Sports Board Punjab, located at the National Hockey Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. The auction contract covers a covered area of approximately 1872 Sqft and an uncovered open space area of approximately 4477 Sqft. The estimated reserve price for the rent contract is Rs. 190,053 per month, with the contract duration set for three years, extendable. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. A bid security of Rs. 228,064 (10% of the per annum estimate/reserve price) is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Director General Sports & Youth Affairs / Secretary Sports Board Punjab. The submission deadline is strictly on or before 10th August 2026 (Monday) at 11:45 am. Financial proposals will be opened the same day at 12:15 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
