AUCTION: Sahiwal Parking Sites and Collection Rights for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for parking fees and related municipal income streams for the financial year 2026-27. This auction is open to eligible parties interested in acquiring the rights to collect parking fees at designated sites within Sahiwal city. The auction will be conducted at the Municipal Corporation office, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate as per the schedule and terms outlined below. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: Collection rights for Sahiwal city parking sites (annual value Rs. 1,67,34,000, Earnest Money Rs. 16,73,500, period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lot 2: Collection rights for Sahiwal bus stand parking (annual value Rs. 68,00,000, Earnest Money Rs. 6,80,000, period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) The technical scope includes the management and collection of parking fees at the specified locations, with the successful bidder responsible for ensuring smooth operations and compliance with municipal regulations. The auction is for the rights to collect fees from various vehicle categories, including motorcycles, cars, and wagons, at the rates specified in the notice (Rs. 250 for motorcycles, Rs. 150 for cars, Rs. 100 for wagons per month). Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit valid CNIC, proof of financial capacity (such as a bank statement), and an Earnest Money deposit in the form of a pay order or CDR equivalent to 10% of the annual contract value for each lot. Defaulters of previous contracts or those with outstanding dues to the Municipal Corporation are not eligible to participate. Bidders must also provide an NTN certificate and proof of registration with FBR. Bids must be submitted in person at the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal office by 12:00 PM on 27-10-2026. The auction will be held on the same day. For best results, bidders should ensure all required documents are complete and the Earnest Money is attached to avoid disqualification at the time of bid opening.
