Items being auctioned: - The Aquatic Mall, 32 Kanal 3 Marla, Mouza Humak, Zone V, Islamabad, Reserve Price PKR 4,464,931,100, Security Deposit PKR 223,246,555 - Plot #1 Reg No. BGH-514, 6.61 Kanal, Bahria Spring Phase VII, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Reserve Price PKR 352,980,811, Security Deposit PKR 17,650,000 - Plot #7 Reg No. BGH-520, 8.01 Kanal, Bahria Spring Phase VII, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Reserve Price PKR 378,504,358, Security Deposit PKR 18,926,000 - Plot #8 Reg No. BGH-521, 9.07 Kanal, Bahria Spring Phase VII, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Reserve Price PKR 429,894,954, Security Deposit PKR 21,495,000 The auction will be conducted on a 'Power of Attorney' basis duly stamped and signed by the CEO. Bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount excluding security deposit within 45 days of auction date. All taxes including withholding tax u/s 236A of Finance Act 2019, transfer fees, duties, utility bills, and other government-related expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder. The auction will be conducted as per PPRA Rules. Property inspection is open Monday to Thursday from 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM. The auction will be held on 06-10-2026 (Tuesday) at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad. Interested bidders should submit a security deposit via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Chairman NAB before the auction date and time. The security deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders on the same day. Bid documents are available at www.nab.gov.pk or can be collected from NAB office Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Power of Attorney documents are complete and duly stamped to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully inspect the properties during the inspection period to assess their condition and value before bidding.
