AUCTION: Scrap Materials Disposal Near Jabbi Stop Fateh Jang Attock Road

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. A Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids for disposal of scrap materials on an 'AS AND WHERE BASIS' near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road). The auction includes the following lots: - Furniture / Wooden Scrap (One Lot) - Air Conditioners (One Lot) - MT Scrap (One Lot) Interested parties may inspect the scrap at the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop at 1000 Hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday). Bidders must deposit sealed bids along with a pay order of the demanded amount by 1100 Hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at the specified address: Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road. Bids should be valid for 30 days post-opening. Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after bid finalization. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the amount plus applicable taxes and lift the scrap within 30 days of approval. Failure to lift will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid. All participants must bring original and valid CNIC with two photocopies for entry. Partial bids or bids for less than full lot quantity will be rejected. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
