Bids are invited for the sale of a property owned by Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust located in Islamabad. The property offered is a shop measuring 289 sq. ft. situated at Unit No. S-061B, Floor 2-A, Block Souk Al Bahar, GIGA Mall, Islamabad. Items being auctioned: - Shop unit S-061B, 289 sq. ft., Floor 2-A, Block Souk Al Bahar, GIGA Mall, Islamabad This auction is conducted by the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre. Interested bidders should address their offers to the Manager Administration at the hospital's Lahore office. Bids must reach the office by 12:00 noon on Monday, August 24, 2026. The bid opening will take place the same day at 2:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For inspection of the property, bidders may contact the Manager Administration at the hospital in Lahore between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Terms and conditions of the sale can be obtained from the Manager Administration office upon payment of Rs. 5,000. A bid money of 2% of the quoted price must be submitted with the offer in the form of a demand draft or pay order in the name of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust. The bid money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within thirty days from the date of bid opening. The Trust reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
