AUCTION: Sale of Used/Second-Hand Ambulances Mercedes-Benz and FAW

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences Lahore invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms, and companies for the sale of used/second-hand ambulances on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. The ambulances offered for sale include brands Mercedes-Benz (02 units) and FAW. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles at Shalamar Hospital, Shalamar Link Road, Mughalpura, Lahore between 09:00 am to 03:00 pm until 24th September 2026. Bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles before submitting their bids. Items being auctioned: - Mercedes-Benz Ambulances (02 units) - FAW Ambulances The vehicles will be handed over after receipt of full payment and completion of required formalities. Earnest Money/Bid Security of Rs. 100,000 per vehicle is required in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque in favor of Businessmen Hospital Trust. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 15th October 2026. The successful bidder's earnest money will be adjusted against the purchase price, and the balance sale amount must be deposited within 5 working days of acceptance of the bid. All applicable taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges, and other expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder. Sealed bids clearly marked "SEALED BID - AUCTION OF AMBULANCES" should be submitted at the office of Chief Operating Officer, Shalamar Hospital on or before 24th September 2026 up to 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on 25th September 2026 at 11:00 am at the same office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
