Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Official Assignee of Karachi invites offers on an 'As is where is basis' for the sale of land bearing Plot Nos. C-24 to C-31, measuring 26.290 square meters, situated at Winder Industrial Trading Estate, Winder, District Lasbella, Balochistan. The sale includes the land along with plant, machinery, all movables, and the building constructed thereon. This auction is held in execution of court cases involving Dawood Investment Bank Limited versus New Allied Electronics (Pvt) Limited and United Bank Limited versus New Allied Electronics (Pvt) Limited for recovery of amounts totaling Rs. 783,954,601 and Rs. 157,414,596 respectively, plus markup and cost of funds.

The property is offered with all liabilities to be borne by the purchaser. Inspection of the property and related documents is available upon written request. The evaluation report by RBS Associates (Pvt) Ltd dated 24.07.2024 is open for inspection 15 days prior to auction. The auction will be held on 20.10.2026 at 10:30 A.M. with offers to be accompanied by 25% of the reserve price via pay order in favor of the Official Assignee of Karachi along with a copy of CNIC. The full purchase money must be paid within fifteen days of the auction date. Failure to pay will result in resale and forfeiture of deposit. The auction is subject to confirmation by the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi.
For inspection, the property can be visited on 30.09.2026 from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Further information can be obtained by contacting the Official Assignee of Karachi at 021-99203129.
