Punjab Sasta Bazaar Authority is offering a unique opportunity for businesspersons and traders to acquire annual lease rights for stalls in Sasta Bazaars across Sargodha Division. The auction is open for various locations, and interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule below. This initiative aims to facilitate the public by providing affordable business spaces in government-managed markets. Items being auctioned: - 43 stalls at Sasta Bazaar, Satellite Town, Sargodha (Reserve price: Rs. 31,500 per stall per year, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-10-14 at 11:00 am) - 37 stalls at Sasta Bazaar, Jinnah Colony, Khushab (Reserve price: Rs. 31,500 per stall per year, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-10-15 at 11:00 am) - 55 stalls at Sasta Bazaar, Bhalwal (Reserve price: Rs. 31,500 per stall per year, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-10-16 at 11:00 am) - 35 stalls at Sasta Bazaar, Kot Momin (Reserve price: Rs. 31,500 per stall per year, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-10-16 at 05:00 pm) Each stall is leased for one year, and the successful bidder will be required to pay the full annual lease amount in advance. The auction will be conducted at the respective bazaar locations. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and deposit the earnest money and participation fee via PSID before the auction. Only those who fulfill all requirements will be allowed to participate. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. For eligibility, participants must be Pakistani nationals with valid CNICs. No blacklisted or defaulter individuals will be entertained. Bidders are advised to visit the bazaar sites before the auction to assess stall locations and business potential. The last date for submission of earnest money and participation fee is the day of the auction for each location. A practical tip: Arrive early on auction day to complete registration and documentation, as latecomers may not be accommodated. Ensure all PSID payments are made and receipts are available for verification.
