AUCTION: Lease Rights of Sawan Sports Complex Parking Park Road Jhangirabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Kot Sultan is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the lease rights of the Sawan Sports Complex Parking located at Park Road, Jhangirabad. The auction is for the financial year 2026-27, with the lease period starting from 15-09-2026 and ending on 30-06-2027. The auction will be held on 12-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the designated location. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Sawan Sports Complex Parking Park Road Jhangirabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 950,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 95,000, Lease Period: 15-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) The successful bidder will be required to pay the full lease amount as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. Only individuals registered as taxpayers in District Layyah for the year 2026-27, with valid CNIC and original documents, are eligible to participate. Bidders must present the required earnest money (Rs. 95,000) in the form of a call deposit or pay order at the time of the auction. National Tax Number (NTN) is mandatory for participation. The successful bidder must deposit 40% of the bid amount immediately after approval, with the remaining amount payable in three equal installments. The leaseholder will be responsible for all applicable taxes and M&R charges as per rules. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
