Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The office of GE (A)-I Rawalpindi Cantt is conducting a public auction for scrap and unserviceable items. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire various surplus materials and items that are no longer serviceable for departmental use. The auction will be held at the premises of GE (A)-I Rawalpindi Cantt on 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM sharp.
Items being auctioned:
- Scrap and unserviceable items (detailed list available at the office prior to auction day)
All interested bidders are encouraged to visit the office before the auction date to inspect the items and obtain the full list of lots available for bidding. The auction will be conducted in accordance with departmental rules and regulations, and the highest bidder for each lot will be awarded the item, subject to approval by the competent authority. Bidders are required to bring their original CNIC and deposit the prescribed Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or CDR before participating in the auction. Successful bidders must clear all dues and remove the auctioned items within the stipulated time frame as per the auction terms.
The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms. It is advisable to arrive early to complete the registration process and review the items on display.
