AUCTION: Unserviceable Scrap Items at Government Technical Training Institute Mian Channu

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Technical Training Institute Mian Channu, under the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Punjab, is conducting a public auction for various unserviceable and scrap items. The auction will be held at the institute premises in Mian Channu. Interested parties are invited to participate and bid for the listed items, which are no longer in use and have been declared scrap by the institute. Items being auctioned: - Scrap machinery - Scrap furniture - Scrap electrical items - Miscellaneous unserviceable goods All items are available for inspection at the institute from 19 September 2026 to 27 September 2026 during office hours. The auction will take place on 20 October 2026 at 11:30am sharp. Bidders are required to deposit an Earnest Money of PKR 50,000 (in the form of CDR) in favor of the Project Director, TEVTA, prior to participating in the auction. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance payable within the stipulated time as per the auction terms. The auction will be conducted in accordance with TEVTA rules and regulations. All applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidder.
