AUCTION: Re-Auction of Damaged Pedestrian Bridge at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) Hyderabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) Sindh-South Region invites interested parties to participate in the re-auction of a damaged pedestrian bridge dismantled from Khyber City located at KM 193+000-194+000 on National Highway N-5. The bridge, approximately weighing 12 tons, is currently placed on the NHA plot at Hatri, adjacent to Hatri Police Station on Hyderabad Bypass Road, Hyderabad. This auction pertains to the NHA Maintenance Unit at Hyderabad. Items being auctioned: - Damaged Pedestrian Bridge (approx. 12 Ton) Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and office for inspection between October 6, 2026, and October 21, 2026, on working days from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The auction documents and application forms can be obtained from the Administration Wing office of NHA on any working day during office hours upon submission of a written request and payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) in favor of National Highway Authority. Bids must be submitted with a pay order equal to 25% of the total bid amount as security deposit in the name of National Highway Authority. The bids should reach the office by October 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room of the NHA Regional Office (Sindh-South) Karachi in the presence of bidders. All expenses including loading, unloading, and weigh station charges will be borne by the successful bidder. The final payment will be made on a per kilogram basis according to the actual weight receipt from the NHA Weigh Station at Hatri. Applicable government taxes will be charged but bids should be submitted without taxes to ensure fair competition. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
