The auction will take place at the offices of the Deputy Director Agriculture (OFWM) in Muzaffargarh and Kot Addu, with the first auction scheduled for 05-10-2026 in Muzaffargarh and the second on 06-10-2026 in Kot Addu. All interested bidders must deposit earnest money equal to 5 percent of the reserve price in the form of a pay order or CDR before participating in the auction. Bidders are required to bring their original CNIC and submit their bids in person at the designated office on the day of the auction. The successful bidder must deposit the full amount within the stipulated time as per the department's instructions.
