Auction of Scrap and Unserviceable Genset

A 25% earnest money deposit of the bid value is required with the bid submission. The successful bidder will be scrutinized and must clear the earnest money check to avoid rejection. The auction is governed by Section 236A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, requiring tax deductions on final bid amounts. Eligibility includes valid NTN or CNIC, tax filing status, and compliance with auction terms. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the deadline and pay the remaining amount within 7 working days via pay order in favor of HBL. The successful bidder is responsible for dismantling or removal costs and can only collect goods after full payment.
