AUCTION: Old Scrap Material at Government Graduate College for Women Satellite Town Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Graduate College for Women Satellite Town Rawalpindi is conducting an open auction for the disposal of old scrap items. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process as per the schedule and terms outlined below. The auction will be held at the college premises, and all items will be available for inspection prior to the auction date. Items being auctioned: - Old and unserviceable scrap material (college property) The scrap consists of various obsolete and unusable items accumulated at the college. Prospective bidders can inspect the scrap on 21-09-2026 from 9:00 am onwards at the college campus. The auction will be conducted on 25-09-2026 at 10:30 am. To participate, bidders must submit a refundable earnest money deposit of 10,000 PKR in the form of a pay order or CDR, which must be deposited by 23-09-2026 at 12:00 pm. Only those who deposit the earnest money will be eligible to participate in the auction proceedings. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount immediately after the auction is finalized. All government taxes and duties will be applicable as per rules. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction. A practical tip: Arrive early on the inspection day to thoroughly assess the scrap items and clarify any queries with the college administration. This will help you make an informed bid and avoid surprises during the auction.
