AUCTION: Scrap, Unserviceable Items and Used Tyres at FIA Circle Office Gurdaspur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Circle Office Gurdaspur is conducting an open auction for the disposal of various scrap, unserviceable items, and used tyres for the financial years 2026-2027. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process as per the schedule provided below. The auction will be held at the FIA Circle Office Gurdaspur, and all items will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis. The details of the lots and their respective reserve prices are as follows: - Lot 01: Computer scrap and expired printer cartridges (Reserve Price: Rs. 25,000) - Lot 02: Unserviceable furniture (Reserve Price: Rs. 15,000) - Lot 03: Unserviceable office equipment (Reserve Price: Rs. 15,000) - Lot 04: Used tyres (Reserve Price: Rs. 20,000) The auction for lots 1-3 will be held on 28/09/2026 at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, and 12:00 pm respectively, with bid opening times at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 12:30 pm. The auction for lot 4 (used tyres) will be held on 10/11/2026 at 10:00 am, with bid opening at 10:30 am. All interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and deposit the required earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR before participating. The successful bidders will be required to deposit the full bid amount immediately after the auction. Items must be removed from the premises within the stipulated time after payment.
