AUCTION: Open Auction of Scrap, Used Vehicle Spares, Air Handling Units and Machine Types by M/S Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. M/S Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Rawalpindi is conducting an open auction of various serviceable and unserviceable stores and scrap items on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 0900 hours. The auction venue is opposite E&ME College near Golra More, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi. Items being auctioned include: - Scrap (MS, AL, Iron, Plastic, Rubber, Leather, Glass, Computer / Electronic, Wooden, Carpet, Rags Cotton etc) - Air Handling Unit (A.H.U), Heater Water, Fan Coil Unit (F.C.U), Window AC etc - Used Oil, Scrap Vehicle Spares / Parts - Tyres (Different Types), Tubes & Flappers etc - Different Types of Machine (Bandsaw, Saw Circular, Hacksaw, Plasma Cutting, Gas Cutting, Lathe Machines (Diff Type), Plant Welding, Grinder Machines, Projector Dividing Head etc) Interested participants must bring their original computerized National Identity Card and deposit a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR of Rs 1,000,000/- in favor of Director Finance M/S Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd, Rawalpindi as token money (refundable) before the auction starts. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the final bid as earnest money within two days and the remaining 75% within seven working days after the auction in the specified bank account. Failure to deposit the balance amount will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Upon confirmation of full payment, successful bidders must lift the auctioned items within fifteen working days. General Sales Tax and Income Tax will be levied on filers and non-filer firms/bidders as per Government of Pakistan rules. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items before bidding and ensure timely payment and collection to avoid disqualification or forfeiture of deposits.
