AUCTION: Standing Trees (Shakhai Toot) at Siphon Electric Research Field Lahore, PFRI Faisalabad, and Chichawatni Plantation

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Forest Department Punjab is conducting a public auction for the sale of standing mulberry (Shakhai Toot) trees at three different locations under the supervision of the Senior Research Officer, Forest Research Complex, Lahore. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction as per the schedule and terms outlined in the notice. The auction will be held at the following sites and dates: - Siphon Electric Research Field, Lahore: Compartment No. 79, Plantation Chhanga Manga, 14.5 acres, auction on 27.10.2026 at 11:00 AM - PFRI Faisalabad: Compartment Nos. 3, 4, 14, Plantation Faisalabad, 14 acres, auction on 30.10.2026 at 11:00 AM - Chichawatni Plantation: Compartment No. 3, Plantation Chichawatni, 18 acres, auction on 06.11.2026 at 11:00 AM The auction covers mature mulberry trees standing on the specified acreage in each compartment. The successful bidder will be entitled to cut and remove the trees as per departmental guidelines. All interested bidders must ensure their presence at the respective sites on the scheduled dates and times. Participation requires compliance with the department's auction terms, including submission of earnest money and adherence to the auction process. Only those present at the time of auction will be eligible to bid. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to inspect the trees and plantation sites prior to the auction to assess the quality and quantity of the lots.
