AUCTION: Shops and Canteen Lease Rights at Peshawar High Court Bannu Bench

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Peshawar High Court Bannu Bench is conducting a public auction for the lease rights of its shops and canteen premises. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction, which will be held at the High Court premises in Bannu. The auction is for the following properties: - Shops (8 x 10 feet), total units: 1 - Canteen (16 x 38 feet), total units: 1 The auction will take place on 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. The successful bidders will be required to pay earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR): PKR 100,000 for the canteen and PKR 50,000 for the shop. These amounts must be deposited before the auction begins. The lease will be awarded to the highest bidder, subject to approval by the competent authority. All participants must bring their original CNIC and a copy for verification. The lease period, terms of use, and other conditions are detailed in the notice and must be strictly followed by the successful bidders.
