AUCTION: Shops, Canteens & Cafeteria in Main Campus University of Engineering & Technology Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Engineering & Technology Lahore invites sealed bids for the renting out/auction of shops, canteens, and cafeteria located in the main campus. The auction is open to eligible tax-registered bidders with Income Tax for shops and Income Tax & GST/PST/PRA for canteens and cafeteria. Bidders can participate for various business units under UET Lahore campus. Items being auctioned: - Shops - Canteens - Cafeteria The bidding document includes detailed terms and conditions. Bid security is set at 5% of the estimated annual rent for each shop, canteen, and cafeteria. The total bid security for all 33 units is Rs. 6,33,265/- calculated on the basis of a total annual estimated rent of Rs. 1,26,65,295/-. Every bidder must submit 5% bid security of the estimated annual rent of the unit they are interested in. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Estate Office during office hours Monday to Friday until 19-10-2026. Submission of bid security is required: Rs. 5000/- for cafeteria/canteen and Rs. 2000/- for shops (non-refundable), deposited in University Main Account No. 01287902801499 at Habib Bank Ltd., Engineering University Branch Lahore. Bidding documents are also downloadable from www.uet.edu.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. If downloaded, the bidding document cost must be attached with the bid. Tenders must be submitted in the Estate Office (Second Floor, Admin Block, UET Lahore) by 10:00 am on 19-10-2026. Opening of tenders will be at 10:30 am same day in the Conference Room by the Central Procurement Cell in presence of bidders or their authorized agents.
