AUCTION: Slaughterhouse and Chiniot Park Collection Rights 2026-27

Items being auctioned: - Slaughterhouse (سالار ہاؤس) collection rights for the period 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027, with a reserve price of Rs. 370,800 and earnest money of Rs. 37,100 - Chiniot Park (چنیوٹ پارک) collection rights for the period 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027, with a reserve price of Rs. 80,000 and earnest money of Rs. 100,000 Both sites are being offered for a fixed term, and the successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection and site management as per municipal regulations. Bidders must submit a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) as earnest money for each lot, and only those with valid CNICs and no outstanding municipal dues will be eligible. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award.
