AUCTION: Standing Poplar Trees at Government Degree College Oghi Mansehra

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Degree College Oghi Mansehra is offering an auction for standing poplar trees. This public auction invites all interested parties to bid on 73 standing poplar (Poplar) trees located at the college premises in Oghi. The auction will be held on 10th November 2026 at 10:30 AM at the college. Items being auctioned: - 73 standing poplar trees (Poplar) Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 20,000 to the college's National Bank account number 2-834 and attach the deposit receipt along with a copy of their CNIC by 9th November 2026 during office hours. Failure to submit the deposit and documents will disqualify bidders from participation. The earnest money will be refunded by cheque if the bidder is unsuccessful. The successful bidder must pay one-third of the total bid amount immediately; otherwise, the earnest money will be forfeited. The remaining amount must be paid in full within three days after auction approval. The successful bidder is responsible for cutting and removing the trees within three days of full payment and approval. All bidders must comply with applicable income tax and government dues. Inspection of the trees is allowed during office hours on any working day. All 73 trees will be auctioned as a single lot. Additional terms and conditions will be provided at the auction venue. The successful bidder assumes full responsibility for any damage caused during tree cutting and removal, including damage to walls, buildings, electric lines, or other property. The bidder must fulfill all safety and legal requirements. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid before approval without providing a reason. This auction provides a valuable opportunity for bidders to acquire timber resources directly from a government institution in Oghi.
