Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The National Logistic Corporation (NLC) invites sealed registered tenders from qualified firms for an Auctioneer Agreement to manage the disposal of NLC stores, vehicles, and equipment. The auctioneer will be responsible for conducting auctions across designated zones including Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit Baltistan. Items involved in the auction include NLC stores, vehicles, and equipment with disposal values ranging from Rs. 1,000,000 to Rs. 100,000,000.
The duties of the auctioneer include wide publicity of auctions, facilitating bidder inspections, conducting bidding to maximize prices, collecting advance payments, depositing amounts into NLC accounts, and ensuring timely delivery and lifting of sold items. The auctioneer must announce complete specifications and details of each lot including applicable taxes, conduct bidding up to maximum price, and close bids upon approval by the auction board president.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a minimum of 10 years experience as auctioneers, be on the active taxpayer list with a valid NTN, not be involved in litigation with NLC or other organizations, and submit a non-negative commission rate. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted via bank draft in favor of National Logistic Corporation HQ Main Account.
The tender submission deadline is in November 2026 at HQ NLC, Harding Road, RA Bazar, GHQ Rawalpindi. Tenders must be submitted in original sealed envelopes marked clearly. The tender opening will be held at 1130 hours on the specified date in the presence of the board of officers for evaluation and prequalification.
Bidders are advised to carefully comply with all instructions and submit complete offers including the schedule to tender. The validity of quoted commission rates must be at least 30 days from the date of tender opening. Firms must also provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. This is a valuable opportunity for experienced auctioneers to engage with a major government entity. Ensure your bid is complete, timely, and meets all qualification criteria to avoid rejection.
