AUCTION: Standing Trees, Grass, and Fodder Rights at Central Cotton Research Station Multan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Central Cotton Research Station Multan is conducting an open auction for the rights to standing trees, grass, and fodder within its premises. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to harvest and utilize these natural resources for the specified period. The auction will be held at the station on 17-10-2026 at 11:00 AM sharp. All interested bidders are encouraged to participate in person at the designated venue. Items being auctioned: - Standing eucalyptus trees (approx. 2997 trees) - Standing kikar trees (approx. 398 trees) - Standing shisham trees (approx. 382 trees) - Standing mulberry trees (approx. 647 trees) The auction also includes the rights to cut and collect grass and fodder from the specified areas within the research station. All quantities are approximate and bidders are advised to inspect the lots prior to the auction date for their own assessment. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid within the stipulated time as per the auction terms. Earnest money equivalent to 10 percent of the estimated value must be deposited in advance to participate in the auction. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Central Cotton Research Station Multan.
