AUCTION: Theka Collection Rights for Slaughter House and Cattle Market Chiniot Nagar 2026-27

The Municipal Committee Chiniot Nagar is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights (theka) for the financial year 2026-27. This auction covers two key municipal revenue streams: the Slaughter House and the Cattle Market (Maveshi Mandi) within Chiniot Nagar. The auction will be held on 05-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Chiniot Nagar. Bidders must submit earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) equal to 10% of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on. Only those on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of tax registration. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority.
