AUCTION: Toll Collection Rights for Sibi-Talli, Sibi-Khost, and Sibi-Kolpur Road Checkposts 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Communication and Works Department Balochistan is inviting sealed bids for the auction of toll collection rights for the financial year 2026-27 at key checkposts in Sibi district. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect tolls at the following locations: - Lot 1: Toll collection rights for Sibi-Talli, Sibi-Khost, and Sibi-Kolpur checkposts (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,000,000) - Lot 2: Toll collection rights for Sibi-Kolpur checkpost (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,000,000) The auction will be held at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Highways Division Sibi. Bidders must submit earnest money of Rs. 300,000 per lot in the form of a CDR or pay order in favor of the Executive Engineer. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the department's schedule. The auction for Lot 1 will take place on 24 September 2026 at 12:30 PM, and for Lot 2 on the same day at 1:30 PM. Interested parties should ensure their presence at the specified time and venue. All participants must bring original CNICs and proof of tax registration. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
