AUCTION: University of Chakwal Canteens and Shops Lease for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Chakwal invites applications from well reputed firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with Tax Departments as Active Tax Payers for participation in the auction of canteens and shops located on the university premises in Chakwal. The auction is managed by the Estate Office of the University of Chakwal. Items being auctioned: - Girls Canteen, Adjacent BS Block - Canteen, Engineer Block - Canteen, Western Block - Photocopy & Stationery Shop, Adjacent to BS Block - Photocopy & Stationery Shop, Engineering Block The auction requires bidders to submit Earnest Money amounting to 3% of the reserve price for each canteen and shop. The initial contract period is for the financial year 2026-27, with a possible extension up to three years based on satisfactory performance and a 10% increase in the contract amount. The auction will be conducted on August 26, 2026 (Wednesday) at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Contracts will be awarded to the highest bidders who must pay 25% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining balance due within ten days. Applications must be submitted in complete conformity with the auction documents to the Estate Office, University of Chakwal, by the deadline of August 26, 2026, before 11:00 am. Auction documents are available free of cost for download from www.uoc.edu.pk or www.cproc.punjab.gov.pk. The auction process follows PPRA Rules 2014 and the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The Auction Committee reserves the right to cancel the auction or reject any bids without assigning reasons. Practical tip: Ensure your Earnest Money is prepared as a Pay Order or CDR for 3% of the reserve price and submit all required documents timely to avoid disqualification. Attend the auction personally or appoint a trusted representative to bid effectively on your behalf.
