AUCTION: Lease Rights of Lorry Adda, Slaughter House, and Cattle Enclosure Pattoki 2026-27

The auction will be held on 05-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the District Council Pattoki. The successful bidders will be granted rights for the period from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who meet the requirements set by the council. Items being auctioned: - Lorry Adda Pattoki (Reserve Price: 220,000 PKR, Annual Value: 220,000 PKR) - Slaughter House Pattoki (Reserve Price: 33,400 PKR, Annual Value: 33,400 PKR) - Cattle Enclosure Pattoki (Reserve Price: 4,590 PKR, Annual Value: 4,590 PKR) Each asset is being offered for lease for the specified period, and the reserve price is the minimum acceptable bid. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the District Council Pattoki.
