AUCTION: Unserviceable/Dismantled Civil & E/M Items at Estate Office Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Ministry of Housing & Works Estate Office Lahore invites bids for the auction of unserviceable and dismantled civil and electrical/mechanical (E/M) items. These items are stored in various residential colonies including Wafaqi Colony, CGE Colony, Pak PWD Colony, and Federal Lodge, Chamba House, Lahore. The auction offers firms an opportunity to acquire surplus and scrap materials from these locations. Items being auctioned include unserviceable Civil and E/M store materials located in the store rooms of the mentioned residential colonies. The detailed list of items can be obtained from the Estate Office during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender cost of Rs. 1,000. The auction material/items can be inspected from 14/10/2026 to 29/10/2026 between 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. at the specified store rooms/sites. All items will be auctioned on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Earnest Money in the form of 5% CDR of the total bid amount is required in favor of the concerned DDO. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the auction amount on the same day of acceptance, with the remaining 75% payable within three working days. Failure to deposit the remaining amount will result in forfeiture of the initial 25% deposit. The successful bidder is responsible for lifting/removal of auctioned items within three days after full payment. Employees of the Estate Office are not eligible to participate. The Estate Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule No. 33. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Deputy Director, Estate Office Management, Lahore by 30/10/2026 at 10:00 A.M. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of the Auction Committee and authorized representatives. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your CNIC and registration documents are ready and bring the original CNIC for inspection on auction day. Early inspection of items during the specified dates is crucial to assess the condition and value before bidding.
