Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Quetta is conducting an auction for unserviceable, faulty, and obsolete generators located in Quetta, Balochistan. This procurement opportunity invites interested Pakistani bidders to participate in the disposal of various generators including 6 KVA, 5 KVA, 3 KVA, and 2 KVA units from brands such as Lister Piter, Honda, Yamaha, Dynamic, and Star Korea. The auction is managed by the NADRA Regional Head Office and is specific to the Quetta region.
The technical scope covers the auction of condemned generators on an 'As and Where It Is' basis, meaning bidders must inspect and accept the items in their current condition. Inspection is allowed from 13th April to 28th April 2026 during office hours excluding weekends and gazetted holidays. The auction includes multiple lots with quantities ranging from 2 KVA to 6 KVA generators. Bidders must submit their bids along with 5% Earnest Money in the form of a CDR or Pay Order payable to the NADRA NSRC Disbursement Account. The bids will be opened publicly on 29th April 2026 at 11:30 AM at the NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be duly incorporated in Pakistan, hold valid CNIC and NTN registrations, and submit all required documents including a non-blacklisting affidavit and proof of tax filing status. Bidders must also ensure no blood relatives are employed by NADRA. The bid validity period is 90 working days from the date of bid opening. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the total bid amount on the day of acceptance and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Removal of items must be completed within 48 hours at the bidder's own expense.
The submission deadline is strictly 29th April 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids with complete documentation and earnest money to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders is to visit the site during the inspection period to assess the condition of generators thoroughly, as the auction is on an as-is basis and no claims will be entertained post-sale.
