AUCTION: Used Engine Oil and Dead/Unfit Lubricant Stock

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area, Army Service Corps, invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified firms for auction of used engine oil and dead/unfit lubricant stock held at designated Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depots and Station Supply Depot. The materials are located in Lahore, Kharian, Gujranwala, Sargodha, and Sialkot, while the quotation submission and opening will take place at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area. Mandatory item and location list: Lot 1, used engine oil, quantity 228,053 litres, held at the following depots: Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps, Lahore; Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps, Kharian; Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps, Gujranwala; Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps, Sargodha; and Station Supply Depot Army Service Corps, Sialkot. Lot 2, dead/unfit stock of lubricants comprising AVS 80W90, quantity 9 litres, and Shell Tellus-46, quantity 54 litres. Only pre-qualified firms are invited. Each bidder must provide 5% bid security or earnest money, subject to a maximum of **PKR 1,000,000**, in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt along with the quotation. Failure to submit the required CDR will result in rejection.
