AUCTION: Used Office Equipment, Scrap, and Vehicle Scrap at University of Science and Technology Bannu

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Science and Technology Bannu invites bids for the auction of various used and scrap items located at the university premises in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being auctioned include used answer sheets, waste paper, envelopes, batteries, tazers, computers and their parts, vehicle scrap, chairs, iron gates and grills, mobile oil, and other scrap materials. Interested parties may inspect the items during office hours from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The auction will be conducted through the e-procurement system (EPADs) on the specified date. Tender documents fee of Rs. 2000 must be deposited via challan by 11:30 AM on 23 November 2026 at the Store Officer's office. Earnest money deposit of Rs. 100,000 is required as bid security. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADs portal by 1:30 PM on 23 November 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of the committee members and bidders' representatives. This auction is governed by KPPRA rules. Tax registration including sales tax, income tax, and NTN is mandatory for bidders. No manual bids will be accepted; only electronic submissions via EPADs are valid.
