Auction of Vehicles Toyota Hiace Models 2002 and 2003

The National Centre for Physics (NCP) Islamabad is conducting a public auction for the sale of vehicles on an "As it is, where it is" basis. This auction is scheduled for 10 August 2026 at 11:00 am in Islamabad. Interested bidders can inspect the vehicles from 27 to 31 July 2026 during office hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the National Centre for Physics premises. Items being procured: - Toyota Hiace, Model 2002, Quantity 1 - Toyota Hiace, Model 2003, Quantity 1 The auction involves two Toyota Hiace vehicles, both offered in their current condition without any warranties or guarantees. The vehicles are located at the National Centre for Physics site in Islamabad. Bidders should note that the auction will be conducted through open bidding and the highest bidder will be finalized as the winner. Eligibility requirements include valid NTN and registration with the relevant tax authorities. All bidders must have their original valid CNIC. The successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the bid value in cash on the same day of the auction. The remaining amount must be paid within 7 days. Failure to pay the remaining amount will result in cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the initial deposit. Cheque or bank drafts will not be accepted. Government taxes will be charged as per prescribed rates, including 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice. Taxes, transfer fees, registration costs, and all other government-related expenses will be borne by the successful bidder. The successful bidder will also be responsible for all post-purchase legal and administrative formalities. The submission deadline is the auction date, 10 August 2026 at 11:00 am. Bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles thoroughly during the inspection period to avoid any surprises. It is practical to prepare the required deposit amount in cash beforehand to ensure smooth participation in the auction process.
