Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Pop-Up Sprinkler Irrigation Systems for Cricket Ground, Road Median and Slope Site at Aror University, Sukkur

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage Sukkur invites experienced and technically proficient firms to submit bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of automatic pop-up sprinkler irrigation systems specifically designed for the cricket ground, road median, and slope site at the university campus in Sukkur. This tender is a significant opportunity for contractors with expertise in irrigation systems and landscaping works to contribute to enhancing the university's green infrastructure. Items being procured: - Part A: Cricket Ground irrigation system including irrigation pipes (4", 3", 2", 1½"), R. sockets, tees, valves (Hydroseal Canada), elbows, gear-driven pop-up sprinklers (USA Hunter or equivalent), male thread sockets, Teflon tape, excavation and backfilling, laying/fixing charges. - Part B: 1100 rft Median of Road sprinkler system including centrifugal 3-phase 15 HP motor pump, electric panel with starter and meters, irrigation pipes (3", 2", 1½", 1"), pressure gauge, brass foot valve, various fittings, spray nozzles, LDPE pipe, fixed head and gear-driven pop-up sprinklers (Hunter or equivalent), excavation and backfilling, laying/fixing charges. - Part C: 1400 rft Slope site sprinkler system including irrigation pipes (3", 2", 1½", 1"), R. sockets, tees, valves, elbows, gear-driven pop-up sprinklers (Hunter or equivalent), male thread sockets, Teflon tape, excavation and backfilling, laying/fixing charges. The technical scope covers complete installation of irrigation piping, fittings, valves, pumps, and sprinkler heads with excavation and backfilling at the specified sites. Materials must comply with approved manufacturers and specifications listed in the bidding documents. The work includes testing and commissioning to ensure full operational functionality. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in category C6 or above, active FBR and SRB registration, financial soundness with audited accounts for the last three years, and relevant experience supported by documentary evidence. Bid security of Rs. 235,000/- and tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal only. The bid submission deadline is 05 November 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening at 02:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Project Director, Aror University, Sukkur. The contract completion period is three months from the date of commencement. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
