Supply of Aviation Lubricants and Oils

Aviation Spares Depot (EME), Army Aviation Base, Multan invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for the supply of expendable aviation lubricants, oils and fluids under Tender No. 81201/01/LP/EME/ASD, dated 04 August 2026. Procurement will be conducted under applicable PPRA rules, with purchase orders for shelf-life items placed in batches or packages according to immediate requirements. Units include litres, jars and numbers as specified. Technical offers must state brand, specification, country of origin, manufacturer authorization, import authorization where applicable, warranty and shipping plan. Firms must be registered and cleared by relevant government or service headquarters, provide NTN and Sales Tax registration, CNIC of managing director, non-blacklisting certificate, financial capability undertaking and bank statement where applicable. Each bid requires earnest money equal to 5% of quoted value through pay order or bank draft in favour of CO ASD EME Multan, plus a **Rs. 3,000** tender fee. Offers must be submitted in separate stamped Technical and Commercial envelopes and delivered to the tender box at the main gate of **Aviation Spares Depot (EME), Multan** by **20 August 2026 at 11:30 AM**.
