Addition and Rehabilitation of Missing Facilities at HRH Aga Khan Govt. Girls College PIB Colony Karachi

The College Education Works Karachi Division invites bids for the Addition and Rehabilitation / Missing Facilities of existing colleges in Karachi Region District East, specifically at HRH Aga Khan Government Girls College PIB Colony, Karachi. This tender is part of the ADP No. 194 of 2026-2027 with an estimated cost of **Rs. 14.143 Million** and a bid security of **Rs. 700,000**. The work involves comprehensive civil and water supply & sanitary works including dismantling, excavation, reinforced cement concrete, plastering, flooring with porcelain tiles and marble, painting, fixing of doors, windows, sanitary fittings, and installation of fiber ceiling. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete, tiles, cement block masonry - Scraping white wash, distemper, and paint removal - Removing doors and windows with chowkats - Excavation and cement concrete works - Reinforced cement concrete works including steel reinforcement - Fabrication and erection of steel reinforcement - Cement plastering and floating coat application - Flooring with porcelain tiles, marble, and paving blocks - Painting of surfaces, guard bars, gates, doors, and windows - Fixing of wooden joinery, aluminum channels, steel grated doors - Water supply fixtures including W.C. pans, lavatory basins, valves - Construction of sewer inspection chambers - Installation of fiber ceiling and fiber glass tanks - Supply and fixing of UPVC pipes and sanitary fittings The technical scope covers all civil, structural, finishing, and sanitary works as per PWD specifications and approved standards. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE09 & CE10, have valid FBR and SRB registration, and demonstrate experience in similar works. The contract duration is 24 months with a bid validity of 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD portal by **13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, College Education Works Karachi Division, Plot # 95, Depot Lines, Behind Coast Guard Headquarter, Karachi. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer must accompany the bid. The original tender fee of Rs. 5,000 and bid security must also be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office before bid opening. Only online bids will be accepted; no physical bids will be entertained.
