Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Swabi invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for the Beautification Uplifting of Swabi City under ADP No.250727 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender involves the execution of beautification and uplifting works in Swabi city aimed at enhancing the urban environment and infrastructure.

The project is funded under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) and requires contractors with PEC category C-6 and above. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 10.00 Million. Bidders must submit a 2% earnest money deposit amounting to Rs. 200,000 and a tender processing fee of Rs. 3,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS system and KPPRA website. Only registered contractors with valid FBR and KPRA registration for the year 2025-26 are eligible to participate.
Bids must be submitted through registered courier service and reach the TMA Swabi office before 2:00 PM on 22/09/2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Hand submission of bids is not allowed. The tender will be processed on the basis of above/below system according to the engineer's estimate. Contractors quoting bids more than 10% below the estimate must submit additional security as specified.
The successful contractor will be responsible for all machinery, testing, and related costs. Stamp duty and applicable government taxes must be paid by the contractor. Incomplete, conditional, or telegraphic tenders will be rejected. The award decision in case of tie bids will be final and binding.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including original call deposit, enlistment copy, PEC registration, CNIC, and KPRA registration are attached in a separate envelope clearly marked with the name of the work to avoid disqualification.
