Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for the execution of beautification and uplifting works of Swabi City under Annual Development Programme ADP No. 250727 for the fiscal year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Beautification Uplifting of Swabi City
The project involves comprehensive beautification and uplifting activities across Swabi City, including landscaping, street improvements, and public space enhancements. The work will be carried out as per the approved work order and specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above, possess valid FBR registration, and submit 2% earnest money in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of TMO, TMA Swabi. Tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS system and KPPRA website.
Bids must be submitted through registered courier service before 02:00 PM on 12/10/2026 and will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders. Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be accepted. Contractors quoting bids more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must provide additional security as detailed in the tender notice. The department will not provide machinery or testing laboratories; all costs are borne by contractors.
