Tender for Electrical, Water Supply, and Gas Works in Area of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar by Pakistan Army Military Engineer Services

Contractors must be on the approved MES contractor list or other government departments' approved lists with relevant experience. Valid registration certificates from Pakistan Engineering Council and Pakistan Engineering Council bank statements are mandatory. Contractors not on the MES approved list or suspended contractors must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost as standing security in the form of FDR or deposit at call pledged in the name of CMES (SFS) Petaro. This amount is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or does not secure the contract. Applications must include detailed information on previous work executed in the last two years, financial standing, staff employed, tools and plants, and department performance reports. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The tender closing date is **21 October 2026**. Bids must be submitted before 1130 hours on the closing date.
