Supply of Berseem Seed, Oats Seed, Wheat Seed, DAP, Urea, Potash, Seed Treatment, and Pesticide for Agricultural Purposes

The 31 Corps Headquarters Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the supply of agricultural seeds and related inputs for the upcoming sowing season. Interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotations by 17 September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the designated office. This procurement aims to ensure timely availability of quality seeds and fertilizers for agricultural operations under the supervision of the relevant authorities in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Berseem Seed (2403 Kg) - Oats Seed (5509 Kg) - Wheat Seed (2000 Kg) - DAP (50 Bag) - Urea (10 Bag) - Potash (5 Bag) - Seed Treatment (50 Bottel) - Pesticide (50 Bottel) The technical scope includes the supply of certified seeds and fertilizers in the specified quantities and packaging, ensuring compliance with the required standards for agricultural use. All items must be delivered in original, sealed packaging, and should meet the quality parameters set by the department. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying agricultural inputs to government departments will be considered an advantage. Earnest Money equivalent to 3 percent of the quoted amount must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with the bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Assistant Director RIV & FC Branch, HQ Log 31 Corps, Rawalpindi, by the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
