Construction of Boundary Wall at KPT Land in Sector 5-C and 5-D, North Karachi

Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a boundary wall at KPT-owned land in Sector 5-C and 5-D, North Karachi. This procurement is being conducted under Rule 36(a) of PPRA and is open to all firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, with specialization code CE-01. Items being procured: - Construction of boundary wall at Sector 5-C, North Karachi (Area: 1622 Sqm, Estimated Cost: Rs. 8,817,781) - Construction of boundary wall at Sector 5-D, North Karachi (Area: 1505 Sqm, Estimated Cost: Rs. 8,181,737) The scope of work includes all civil works, materials, labor, and related activities required for the completion of the boundary walls as per KPT specifications. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical requirements and site conditions. Only those firms who are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered with PEC for the current financial year are eligible to participate. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Chief Accounts Officer, KPT. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS 2.0 portal (https://epads.gov.pk) no later than 01-07-2024 at 10:30 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:00 AM through the e-PADS system.
