Construction of Boundary Walls and Sewerage Chambers at Commercial Plaza Blocks C-2, E-2, E-1

Defence Housing Authority Lahore invites sealed bids from experienced contractors for the construction of boundary walls and sewerage chambers at commercial plaza blocks C-2, E-2, and E-1. The scope of work includes the complete construction of boundary walls and the installation of sewerage chambers as per the approved design and specifications. Interested contractors must submit their applications along with relevant experience certificates and company profiles. Contractors should have prior experience in similar civil works, preferably within housing societies or commercial complexes. Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory. Firms must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is required with the bid submission. The deadline for submission of bids is 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Secretary, DHA Lahore, Commercial Plaza, Phase 7, Bedian Road, Lahore. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
