Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is inviting bids for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a branded outlet specializing in leather goods, tie shop, and dress accessories at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This concession is for a period of five years or until August 7, 2026, whichever is earlier. The outlet space measures 128.3 square feet located inside the airport at Level-VI, International Departure, Jinnah Terminal. Items being procured: - Branded Outlet for Leather Goods - Tie Shop - Dress Accessories The concession includes the full operation and maintenance of the outlet with a monthly reserve price of Rs. 1,732,622/- and a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis for subsequent years. Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial offers, clearly marked and placed in one envelope. The submission deadline and tender opening date is August 7, 2026, at 1100 hrs and 1130 hrs respectively in the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, Karachi. Eligibility requires registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained upon written request with CNIC and NTN copies and payment of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable fee. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Fake or bogus documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
