This contract covers a wide range of maintenance services including electrical works, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary works, carpentry, mechanical and allied services, and generator (genset) operation and maintenance. The scope includes routine inspections, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency breakdown response, and deployment of skilled manpower across three shifts daily. Items being procured: - Supervisor (1 No.) - Industrial Electrician/Genset Operator (2 Nos.) - Plumber (1 No.) - Carpenter/Fitter (1 No.) - AC Technician (1 No.) - Skilled Labor/Helper (1 No.) The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, PPE, and uniforms for staff.
