Hiring of Commercial Office Space in Islamabad for National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited Offices

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for hiring a commercially located building in Islamabad for its offices with covered unencumbered area ranging from 30,000 Sq. ft to 40,000 Sq. ft or above. The premises should be in the shape of single premises or adjacent floors for a minimum period of five years, extendable with mutual consent. The facility must have the following features: - Properly distempered/painted - Parking space for minimum 50 vehicles and 50 motorbikes - Passage for emergency exit - Dedicated 24 hrs. passenger lifts - Utilities including drinking water, electricity, landline telephone - Backup power/generator system - HVAC system - Dedicated passage for disabled persons - Prayer area separately for men and women on each floor - Sufficient number of toilets separately for men and women on each floor - Proper security arrangement and CCTV cameras - Firefighting system - Janitorial services and regular maintenance The ideal location is any commercial area of Islamabad, preferably Blue Area (Jinnah Avenue), G-7, G-8, G-10, F-7, F-9, F-10, I-9, I-10 Sector & Kashmir Highway. Preference will be given to buildings with approach by public transport. Interested parties must submit their offer/bid on their letterhead giving per square feet rates inclusive of all taxes, fees, and capital maintenance costs. The offer/bid must include: - Name of bidder/owner - Present and correspondence address - Income Tax No. or CNIC No. - Proof of ownership and letter of authority if marketing agent - Registration/approval/completion/compliance certificate of LDA - Any other relevant information Bids must be submitted through E-PADS only by 16th October 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Bid security of Rs. 100,000/- in form of pay order/CDR/Banker's cheque refundable to unsuccessful bidders is required. The bid must be submitted in original before the deadline at the office of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC, Hall No. 02, 8th Floor Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road Lahore. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Offers remain valid for 120 days and bid security for 150 days.
