The Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology in Multan is inviting eligible bidders for the bulk procurement of various general items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a wide range of essential goods including stationary items, uniforms and protective clothing, bedding and clothing, furniture and fixtures, as well as journals and books. The procurement is to be delivered free to the consignee’s end, specifically to the institute in Multan, under the Punjab e-Procurement System. The technical scope includes supply of stationary items, protective uniforms, bedding materials, furniture, and academic journals and books. Bidders must ensure compliance with detailed specifications and quantities as provided in the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the institute’s website. The procurement is funded by the Government of Punjab under a specific head of account. Interested suppliers should be registered with FBR and ATL, and must have relevant experience in supplying similar items to government or large institutions. The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security of the total quoted price must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-PS. No physical CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. The deadline for submission of e-bids is 29th July 2026 till 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders should submit their bids in PDF format through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
