Bulk Purchase of Medical Stores Items

Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot (PNMSD) at PNS Shifa Karachi invites sealed tenders for the bulk purchase and supply of medical stores items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for Karachi and is managed by the Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot. Items being procured: - Drugs Infusions - Surgical Dressings & Disposables - Laboratory items - Dental items and others The tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and the complete list of required items can be obtained from PNMSD during working hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) upon submission of a tender fee of Rs. 1,000. The scope covers supply of medical consumables and equipment essential for hospital and clinical use, ensuring quality and compliance with government standards. Eligible bidders must be GST and Income Tax registered firms including manufacturers, suppliers, importers, and distributors authorized by the government. Bid security of 2.5% of the total quoted value must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order valid for six months along with the financial proposal. No conditional bids will be entertained. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the date of financial bid opening. The last date for submission of bids is 11 August 2026 at 09:30 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
