Supply of X-Ray Films and Lab Reagents Chemical for Naseer Ullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital Peshawar

Bids are invited through KP-EPADS from firms duly registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (where applicable) for the supply of the following items for the financial year 2026-27 at Naseer Ullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital, Peshawar. Items being procured: - X-Ray Films (Call Deposit Rs. 200000) - Lab Reagents | Chemical etc. (Call Deposit Rs. 400000) The procurement shall be carried out under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014 and applicable government procurement policies. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA and possess all valid registrations required under law. Detailed bidding documents, specifications and evaluation criteria are available on KP-EPADS and can also be obtained from the hospital office during working hours. Bids must be submitted electronically through KP-EPADS before the closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on 05/10/2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized representatives in the Conference Room of the hospital. The bid validity period is sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening. Alternate, conditional, incomplete, unsigned, altered or tampered bids/documents will be rejected. Quoted rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Original Bid Security and other required documents must be submitted before the closing date and time where applicable. The successful bidder shall execute a contract agreement with the Medical Superintendent on the prescribed F-Stamp paper. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
