Tender Description
605 Regional Workshop EME is inviting quotations for the procurement of B6 and B7 level bullet proof glass intended for use in Armoured Personnel Carriers (APCs). This opportunity is open to all eligible firms who can supply high-quality bullet proof glass that meets the specified protection levels required for military vehicles.
Items being procured:
- B6 Level Bullet Proof Glass for APCs
- B7 Level Bullet Proof Glass for APCs
Interested suppliers are required to visit the official address of 605 Regional Workshop EME to obtain the detailed terms and conditions. Participation in the tender process requires payment of the prescribed bid money. The procurement will be conducted using the single stage two envelope bidding procedure, ensuring that both technical and financial proposals are evaluated separately for transparency and compliance.
Firms must submit their quotations by 20 August 2026. The bids will be opened on 21 August 2026 in the presence of all participating firms at the 605 Regional Workshop. It is essential for bidders to ensure that their submissions are complete and comply with all requirements to avoid disqualification. While the notice does not specify the amount of Earnest Money or CDR, it is advisable to confirm these details when collecting the tender documents.
Suppliers should ensure that their products meet the required ballistic standards and provide relevant certifications or test reports as part of their technical proposal. Registration with FBR and inclusion in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) may be required. A practical tip: visit the workshop in person to clarify any technical specifications and confirm the bid security requirements before preparing your bid, as this can help avoid last-minute issues and ensure your proposal is fully compliant.
